Likewise, legal professionals who aspire to handle cases involving medical laws find it difficult to understand the complex healthcare situations in view of their personal beliefs. Thus, it is important for both medical and legal professionals to understand medical laws objectively in order to practice successfully.
This course on 'Fundamentals of Medical Laws in India' gives both the conceptual and practical application of medico-legal guidelines, medical ethics, landmark judgments and effective strategies to prevent and defend medical negligence litigation. The primary goal of this course is to help the learner think independently and become sensitive to the risks and issues that encompass the healthcare field.
