Working in litigation is a dream of thousands of law students and graduates. Although there is no sure-shot way to succeed in the profession, working under the guidance of a senior advocate is highly recommended. However, not everybody gets a chance to work with good senior advocates as most follow a process of rejection rather than selection to choose juniors. Moreover, the challenge doesn't end at joining a senior; adapting to the working of the senior and getting the right experience and knowledge through the association are the tasks not everyone achieves easily.
This course deals with the concept of learning while working with a senior advocate. It explains the process and tips to get the job of a junior advocate and describes how one should work to achieve maximum out of the association with a senior, covering key aspects like work culture at a senior advocate's chamber, expectations out of a junior in the chamber, etc. The course is a must read for all law students and graduates who want to work as an advocate.
